The Feb. 19 (Bloomberg) article stated above this post is nonsense. An example being:

"Centro faces claims from U.S. bondholders owed $450 million and represented by U.S law firm Bracewell & Giuliani LLP, Evan Flaschen, lead financial restructuring partner at the Houston- based firm, said Jan. 17 the U.S. firm's Australian counsel is Arnold Bloch Leibler.
QUOTE (ann 15th Feb from Centro):
"US Private Placement Noteholders who are collectively owed US$450 million (A$505 million) have agreed to continue to act in accordance with an extension arrangement similar to the Australian extension arrangements."
