i'd look at it more of a 'shame' than a bargain
how do all those placement takers feel now? calls of over a buck, blah blah blah. they were being propped at 31 for a while there.
insiders, placed, pumped and dumped imo .... it'll take a bit to get the enthusiasm back i reckon.
