The oil price fluctuations have no effect on CTP's shareprice and are irrelevant right now. Companies like WPL, STO et al on the other hand have more of a correlation with SP/Oil price movement.
Remember CTP is being valued (or undervalued) on speculative potential. When in production the company's SP will then be factored and pinned more to earnings capacity and have suitable industry PER's applied, which is where the oil price will come into play.
