Yes, again, this is why I like PEN. Big players ignore it because it's too small. People who follow technical analysis hate it because the chart looks bad. I've watched YouTube videos and read blogs where people discuss ASX Uranium stocks and when they get to PEN they just say something like "Well, that looks terrible, we won't even bother discussing it". They don't even try to understand why the chart is the way it is. They only bother with stocks that loosely follow the price of Uranium, without even bothering to look into the fundamentals of the company. Their willful ignorance is their loss and our gain. I once left a comment on one of those YouTube investing channels discussing Uranium. I said "What about PEN?" and the channel owner said "No one cares about your nano cap stock, too small, not interested" and he hid my comment. Big investors (like Buffet) would not be interested in PEN because it is too small. In Buffet's own words, it is harder and harder for Berkshire to actually turn a profit because they are worth so much that finding investment opportunities capable of moving the needle on its performance is challenging. He couldn't invest in PEN, because if he invested $1 million, he might get $1 million back in profit, but Berkshire needs $5 billion (I'm just making numbers up) to be profitable relative to its behemoth market cap. So no, Buffet would not invest in PEN, today, but a 35 year-old Buffet might have. He would probably have looked at the book value, as Lord suggests, and scratched his head as to why it is trading below that value, and then come up with a way to take over the company.
