David H should absolutely go - he is in complete denial about the management's handling of inventory etc. during COVID. Covid was an "external issue" but the company's response to that was not. It's also annoying that he answers all the questions - I'd rather hear the CEO's take. David H's default response is to concede zero fallibility on the part of the business.
