the next month or so should give us some "real" direction for the future as a lot more will be known:
1 - SML issuance - still 7th April subject to PA.
2 - whether the petitioners will request a stay on construction, and
3 - whether the petitioners will be successful, as the NRC has the final say, i'd hazard to guess not. vintage might know more?
4 - sales contracts,
5 - blackrock buying more in market, they might want to get back to their nice round 10% holding.
6 - funding arrangements and capital raising.
7 - despite the hearing looming, the most contentious issues appear to have been dealt with by the aquifer exemption, vintage?
