Totally agree with your first paragraph.I've been trying to get that across to stringtickler but appear to be 'bashing my head against a brick wall'.
Regarding your 2nd paragraph....yes,there will be a lot of fuss made over the grand opening in November,but we want to see 'some digging and some building going on'.
The time for talking is over ....we want to see some serious action !!!
