That mystery +5% on that map relates to the possibility of MEO not paying for and finishing the 3D survey of Artemis.
If MEO did not complete the survey in time specified then CUE and Gascorp would have an extra 5% on top of the 15%.

This did not happen so it does not apply. The map is old and not updated to todays reality. dont lose any sleep over it.

Just direct that ship to Artemis if need be,the crew is ready. :0)) LOL
