From personal experience with ASX and ASIC re the ADY disaster I found them not interested even though i have emails from past CEO to self and friends re what was said re finacial situation, contracts etc.You may recall sp drop from 60c to 1c due to questionable management of company, shares loaned, sale of major asset etc.
