    You are correct. Australia IMHO cannot charge an RSPT tax on a company is working on an overseas jurisdiction.

    But company tax on the profits earned overseas will apply.
    At the same time any taxes paid on an overseas jurisdiction will be rebated from the Tax payable in Australia.
