According to Martin R, CEO of PRR, SEC are waiting on the annual financial statement before facilitating the listing of PRR on NASDAQ. He said the listing could come anytime, but SEC needs that report.
Well, for the last five years 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, the PRR Annual Report was delivered in September.
