"all thing being equal", that news should send it to $2, not $1.30.
but if you have watched the shorting of the past many months the actions of the multi millionaire so-called 'shorters' are not sending the same signal.
like i said, there could be some games going on surrounding these bonds.
i don't know.
but games there are.
whatever they are doing, as the past months have testified to, i doubt that they will lose out.
