Still not sure exactly what it's doing but looking back over it today the reason for not filling the gap at 0.05 and then basing off $0.054 probably lies in the 61.8% fib from base of flag pole to 0.82 high - FWIW yesterdays close and todays high knocked it's head on the 38.2% it skipped through on the way down. If it is heading back up the top BB is still above 0.07 and a 61.8% extension takes you back to the O.082 high or a fraction short of it.
