Cancel that query Col, I have found it in a 3rd May 2012 announcement. So unless you have other information to the contrary vanadium is still in.
They "excluded" vanadium but only in as much as it relates to financials. The announcement clearly indicates throughout vanadium is included in the design, all they have done is "excluded" vanadium credits form calculations.
If the price of vanadium continues to rise they will definitely benefit.
