This will have no problem whatsoever getting funding. This will move FAST. The facts are that with this Ukrainian energy war between US and Russia the US will want to back to the hilt internal Uranium producers. Old PEN's timing is brilliant by chance or otherwise.
Tomorrow morning it would be a good idea to top up big time as this will be 5c before you know it and more.
Investing long term in this years producer.
