If the seller wasn't there we could have seen a 3.4-3.5c close, maybe PALA still selling, doubt they will want more then 10% of the register,especially the way PEN is grabing cash from wherever and whoever, and with a cap raise around the corner, he can probably buy them back at 2.5c
