GMT, the only plan they have is hoping that someone will come along and partner up and provide the funding sought. CTO has no preparation though. As far as I can see there is no feasibility study report or any other material that potential partners and financiers require to study the ups/down of the project so a sensible approach can be taken. I understand feasibility study reports are costly (possibly $100k or more) and it's unlikely a potential partner would incur such a cost. Why should they? Can CTO board tell us how they intend to secure the funding and with what information?
