The only thing they rely on is the historical data and the gullibility of a prospective investor, there is no PFS or BFS and without that I doubt anyone would be making any significant investment in the project even with the price of gold at current levels.
They have been trying to flog this dead dog all around the world without any takers and I can't see that changing anytime soon IMHO.
