That's a matter for the Competent Person. I haven't put together a database of the publicly released results and don't have access to internal modelling, domains or wireframes, but I'd expect that there's sufficient information to model the shallower mineralisation. The rest of it, forgettaboutit.

There's no "compliance" with the Code, which simply states that the Competent Person must clearly explain material factors relating to a Resource estimate.

In this case, I'd consider to be material discussion as to why the estimate has been factored, why conventional geostatistics and variography (been around since the '60's, Chris) has not been applied and how a back-of-the-envelope economic analysis that doesn't contemplate capital, justified "reasonable prospects".
