I think it will prove to be a well timed buy. The announcement probably won't add much detail, after all we're simply expecting a clarification of the earlier announcement and I assume all the good stuff is already out there, it just needs more justification to satisfy the ASX.

My thoughts are that there will have been a lot of interest generated through the TH itself (as I said earlier) and that this will cause at least an initial spike up. Add to that the fact that the trading day after a major announcement such as this one is often a strong up day and you could actually see that 20c target of yours.
