I believe the WA premier has announced regulations for seating distances at venues, as well as restrictions on number of patrons indoors.
Only a matter of months to the opening of the Shed venue. The expected ROI (return on investment) for the venue could very well be impacted.
The income from the new venue was expected to fund further developments.
