    If this turns out to be true it is really good news...

    1. CNP is in a strong enough position to reject outright any low-quality bids i.e. conditional etc, and has done so.
    2. The portfolio will be sold to a passive investor (with CNP retaining management rights)
    3. A great sale price was obtained (with an unprecedented yield)...

    Can't wait until results day... hopefully big update then.
