    'Trusts may consolidate on way to M&A'

    Consolidation could be the next step for beleaguered real estate investment trusts as debt roadblocks that have led to a dearth of merger and acquisition activity are cleared.
    ..............

    Groups such as FKP, Macquarie DDR, ING real Estate Community Living and some of the Mirvac listed trustes have been touted as potential targets.

    I assume this may one reason someone continuously price down yesterday and today.
