    And further the article states that a Director invited into a boardroom will, dispite everything else, feel obligated to the person(s) who invited them...and the authors believe that this kind of obligation risks the dominance of consensus and cohesion among a group of individuals (ie. the board) over potentially fractious decisions for a company.....
    [ The decision to accept the SOA low ball offer springs to mind here... to simply secure a safe and stable job for Cottee & co at MacqBank - Independnt Directors at CTP - where were you? ]
