I am of the opinion that 50% of something is better than 100% of nothing. 50 cents is a lot better than 0.20 cents without a bid and during difficult markets. China has the vision to undertake a project with such high capex, I take my hat of to them.

Good luck shareholders, i am still happy with 0.50 cents, the thought of the shareprice heading back to 0.20 cents without a bid would have been difficult too stomach.
