    i wonder if ASIC or the DPP will refund MP's legal expenses incurred in defending himself?

    Knowing what lawyers charge it wouldnt suprise me if he has incurred fee's in the 10's of thousands of $$$.

    As it now transpires that he has no case to answer how can it be fair that he foots his legal bill?
