    company will seek shareholder approval for a 20mln shares placement at min. 80% (5 trading days weighted average) share price, which will be 0.30$ currently.

    I mean WME wouldn't need to seek approval for such a small placement ...

    Still don't think that they will announce a placement directly at the AGM. We can expect a news release tomorrow just before the AGM kicks off at 11:00 AM Sydney (ASX) time.

    If someone is going to join the AGM a brief report is highly appreciated.
