re: biofuels ipo In my opinion the spin off should add overall value to JPR shareholders via the issue ( in specie assignment) of shares in the new entity.
JPR price will definitely go down as they transfer their bio fuel asset/project. It must!
The question remains whether the sum of the two equities will be greater than the current JPR price. Only time will tell.
Let's wait and see whether I am correct. Happy to apologise if I am wrong.
