Note this part:
"Chrome Corporation has given an undertaking to Blackthorn to continue to develop the project to the production stage. Should the sale to Blackthorn proceed, construction of the new plant and commencement of mining would be delayed until after settlement, allowing Chrome Corporation to preserve funds to develop new opportunities."
Geez. As if selling the project at an ostensibly low price wasn't bad enough, CCI holders will also have to carry the project to the production stage first. Luckily I bailed out of this earlier when some doubts about the project crept in. Looks like I was wrong - the problem here appears to be the management.
Just goes to show there's always massive risks involved with investing in microcap miners, no matter how good the story sounds on the surface.
