The milestone is probably the approval announced the other day, releasing this announcement today was not only a good thing for the market but again for Holders, providing a bit more info.. Momentum may continue as will more details, soothing the restless shareholders appears to be priority and stating dates actual dates etc is a step beyond the normal vague rot info we've been getting. The approval for marketing stated the other day may have opened up the flood gates for a possible and hopeful rampage of activity. We'll always want more details, we should just be happy everyone is on speaking terms...
