At times like this speculators are everywhere. They are the ones causing the volitility. You have to be in to capture the big moves (up or down).

Apparently there are some traders who buy just before an announcement is due, and sell before they have to settle (t+3 traders) whatever the situation..........so they just literally run out of time......and most traders generally will have fairly tight stops. A stock like this with low volume can fluctuate wildly (triggering stops) and generating sells. So don't worry about these low volume movements, just worry about whether the next announcement leads to a decision to case.

These things always take longer than we would like.
