You asked about gross margins. The RM Capital report on MVH stated that the gross margins were 40%. That is where I took the number from. The report is on the MVH website

The recent annual profit statement shows a much smaller % for gross margin but the revenue was so low, its probably not an indicative measure. Clearly from the RM words, the expectation is that sales will provide a 40% gross margin, but by the looks of it this has yet to be proven in practice with decent revenue numbers.
