To me it is saying "there will be no Theresa sale for at least the next 3 months". No one plans more drilling before year end (Dec?) and EIS for Jan 11 if they know they have the sale in the pocket pretty soon.

It is saying that buyers raise their concern about risks in order to lower the sale price and so Linc will do more with these tenements to improve their sellability and increase likelihood of getting the price they want. Until then, no sale.

Just my humble opinion.

I am no expert and this is no adivce for anyone.
