Those expecting an announce on sale should probably go back to review recent presentations.
The CFO's presentation stated the sale would occur in Q1 2011, and be banked by June 2011.

The announcements I am expecting by years end look like being a JV in India, an UCG deal in US, and results from LEA 1. Possibly some results from liquids testing.

I hope that doesn't burst anybody's bubble.
The way I look at it, LNC will create an income stream (and increasing SP)on the back of implementing their technology.

Asset sales are once off (well possibly 3 time) events, that produce cash once. They go a long way to bringing projects to completion, and reassuring the shareholder there will be no further dilution, but IMO should be seen as cream on top rather then a shareprice rocket.
