the directors have exercised approx 5m options out of the 30m available..that leaves approx 25m options to convert....chicken feed for the market if the total balance gets converted...those volumes are chewed up in a non eventful day.

I'm anticipating approx 12m more on top of the directors options to be converted (will have to wait for next 3B to be released to see) giving the company an over all cash injection of approx $1.2m.

Will not effect the re-rate in the slightest looking for a retest today of 25c or better.
