Yes capital has been injected, my only question was it actually legal? any shareholder would have taken this up wouldn't you, I would.. The only question is that the Directors I don't believe can because they cannot act in there personal interests above those of the company (abuse of power and position as a dirctor for personal gain).
All I had a question about was the ASX announcement should have stated that Diretcors actually paid fair vaule for the options which it didn't.

We really do not need options exercised for cash at a price that is below current market/fair value just for a "Directors Personal Benefit". Thats all,

Yes they are good, knowledgeable Director, but, Is the risk of using their position greater than us agreeing at a an AGM to allowing them more perfomance options?
