According to the annoncment by MNM to ASX on 7/12 titled letter to option holders...

...If payment is not received by 5pm (WST) on 31/12/2010, the option will lapse and ALL right under the options will cease at that time....

I am not sure the director were allowed to exercise these option after 5pm on that day as all right under the options will cease at that time..according to the letter. Interestingly, the directors were able to convert these options??? Converting the option would further dilute the company and I will rather let the options lapse...

Just something to discuss...
