Gunna sell some more for a few months - (got some big ones!)

How many carats of diamonds, number of diamonds, grades of diamonds are in this parcel?
Where is the parcel's source? - is it part of the 10600, prepared for preproduction sales?
If NADl is now selling the Merlin 2010 parcel in international diamond markets, what leadtimes to ongoing supply are being promised to the buyers?
According to the NADL website http://www.nadl.com.au/merlin/ the DFS was awarded to investigate a 300,000carat per yr mining operation.
Further on, the website says the rough merlin parcel (10,600carats) was valued at $330 per carat.
Does this mean NADL intends to sell $99M worth of Merlin diamonds per yr through these new offices?
What does that do to the Co.'s P/E ratio?
