4 million shares to promote the company in Europe is a good thing i think.

Everyone must be scratching there heads as to why the share price has'nt fallen past 4.7c
i can tell you that ANZ Nominees has bought 29.5 million or 10.91% up untill 30th sept.

Iam sure they only held 5 million the month before, i have spoken to the company to try and find out how many they had bought that month, they could'nt tell me off hand but said they had 13% as of yesterday, so have added another 2% in the last six days.
If you look at the market depth and see how many sellers are there, you would think it would fall (eh kris)
but it has held its ground.
Maybe ANZ are capping it too?

They sound very happy at Batavia, and are very pleased with the last results, a few more holes like the last four and we may have a mine site up and running, hopefully.

the prospectus for the rights issue out very soon.
As soon as thats out of the way the better.
