Bill, with all due respect the chances of QTK being 40c within 2 weeks are at least 100/1....
The market has been badly stung with this stock, the prospects of a placement being imminent are high (probably this factor is the reason it didnt climb higher today on the good news) & it is going to take time and proven results for this ship to turn around.
A lot of people are hurting and im sure that IF qtk begins to move north it will be a slow stable rise, rather than a vertical move. Once bitten, twice shy, traders will not forget this fiasco in a hurry.
Please try and keep your posts realistic.
