Thats exactly how i interpreted but did not want to say for fear of being accused of being a downramper.
I see it as a share price prop announcement to.
The reference to 'road side samples' and 'not massive' etc prove it not to be of substance. The reference to 'Rossing Style' and BMN and AXT are pump priming.
I wish these announcements were not made as they reduce the impact of the quality ones to be made in the future.
