Ive got all the technical reports and fesasibilites for Bolivia they need minimum $50M Capex to even start, so they put no money down on the project and they claim they purchased it even though its merely an option to purchase and that can be only secured if they spend $50M to get it into production.

Now where in this market is JK going to find $50M to spend in Bolivia? How is he going to raise it?
