    MOF made announcement today on the distributions being made tomorrow, 30 Apr. Please excuse my ignorance, but is this distribution considered "interest", "dividend", or "capital gains" for tax purposes? The accompanying table in the announcement letter said "Discounted Capital Gains - TAP". I don't know what this is. Would appreciate any help to clarify, thanks in advance.
