a positive announcement indeed
i don't agree that there will be too much downward pressure relating to the capital raising at $0.30 as the shares are tightly held and it appears to simply be a cost of acquiring LPU shares, especially noting that at least $2.5m will be raised by parties "introduced" by the LPU shareholders. its a shame it takes 124 pg announcement to outline any of this.
with a prospectus lodgement with ASIC/ASX on 29 june and closing 4 july i would agree that the $5m has already been raised.
i like the sound of that $2, but how have you come to that value?
