Guys,

The results anns today surprised me very much. They are really outstanding. (ELM was also saying there was outstanding results for EK-04 on their AGM presentation on their table on page 9 but with very small letters)

ELM says "Assay results for EK-04 confirm historic sylvinite mineralisation in grade, widths and location."

No, it is not like that. It is not confirming, it is severely exceeding the historical data.

Because according to the historical drill data I was not expecting a good result from EK-04. See the figure 3 of anns. It shows that the historical data suggest there was only 0.9m and 2.7m sylvinite layers in this area.

But the results for EK-04 shows that there is very thick layers of sylvinite here;

- First layer is very high grade (39.2 KCL) and has a thickness of 4.53m.
- Second layer low high grade (21.6 KCL) but very high thickness of 5.42m.

Now this is really outstanding and I am really surprised.

By the way I don't understand why but ELM is not pointing out at the headers of anns, even understating those outstanding drilling results.

They only say in between the lines that "the company therefore remains confident that its initial target of between 170Mt and 300Mt of sylvinite grading between 23.1% and 23.5% K2O (38.5% and 39.16% KCl respectively) will be achieved."

Continues; (Now they say that real thing here;
"Iain Macpherson, Elemental?s MD comments that the pleasing results achieved to date have demonstrated that Elemental?s strategy of targeting the relatively high grade, shallow sylvinite mineralisation with a view to developing a substantial, potentially low cost sylvinite producer is on track. With further sylvinite results from the balance of the programme to follow shortly and results from the deeper carnallite mineralisation still to come Elemental is well positioned to take advantage of positive potash market fundamentals."

Now we will be achieving 170-300mt easy. This is only for the sylvinite ores.

What about the carnallite layers? There are very thick layers down there! What are the grades?

They should be knowing it as they already have the results for EK-01 at least They should also have the carnallite results for EK-04 as well.

I am so much confident now that ELM will prove more than 500mt (only for Kola target)

So it is getting more clearer now that ex-director Gary Thompson was buying at 90c (ord. shares)and 68c (options).

PS: I can't give you a price target other my old target of $2 at the end of Jan. (after initial resource estimation is announced)
