Ha! You're sounding like me now! I was working on the assumption that if a site was announced in 6 months time, where would it be - rather than if a site would be announced at all. I agree- I'll believe it when I see it.
I discounted the uk wave hub option because they're not going to announce the second stage expansion before the first!
We'll see- 6 months does coincide with a successful winter deployment. Who knows, the U.S. doe/navy could be the surprise packet.
