Utdrockjock ,i read your post with interest and have a few questions if I may .Firstly can you provide a link for Franco Pirajno's work on the Bryah Basin ? Secondly is it possible you could post a map of Bryah basin with perhaps an overlay of the various companies leases ? .I guess in a sense the question comes down to whether it is the Narcoota formation or the Jenkins fault corridor which is the key to the deposit at Degrussa .From memory there was a lot of discussion on this point in threads late last year ....no conclusions seemed to be agreed upon but lots of thoughts expounded by many which was good .Also it has been recently raised on the SRI threads whether or not Degrussa is a VMS deposit or sratiform /stratabound deposit . Sipa's geologists have suggested for some time that what they are looking for is more likely to be a SEDEX deposit .
I seem to recall reading in a a book by Pirajno that the Bryah ,Yerida and Earaheedy basins were all part of the Proterozoic orogen.
By the way I have no background as a geologist, I just like to read widely whatever information I can find
