Good luck with the class action.

I hope it works out, but reading between the lines the lawyers haven't stated a strong case, just stated we're looking at it.... and oh yeah filling our pockets with cash while we look.

This whole saga has been a disgrace and heads need to roll.

You also have to look closely at the quality and integrity of management when investing in a company... and I wouldn't touch PDY with a barge pole... and that was before this recent drama.
