I was thinking this was a possibility. This could be a reason why buying has switched to KAH even though it seems illogical at first.

RIO cannot exceed 15% of an Australian company without special permission because they are seen as foreign (my guess is British).

So the mystery buyer of KAH may actually be RIO which is a better scnario than Stalker buying a blocking and blackmail stake (but it could still be Stalker).

OR it could be both of them battling it out.
