RIO would be looking to take advantage of current market sentiment and take over the merged entity asap. The whole transaction is very small fry for RIO but the value of Rossing South to RIO's Rossing operation is substantial.
Tremendous arbitrage opportunity for the brave.
Based on what they are paying for KAH can't see the initial offer being over 1.80 sadly.
